Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are set by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
📦 Customs & Delivery
Every country has its own customs process, which can sometimes cause delays. While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
If a package is:
• Held at customs:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide any required information or payment to release the package.
• Refused or unclaimed:
If an order is refused at customs or not claimed, it may be returned to us. In this case:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• A refund for the item may be issued once it is safely returned (minus original shipping costs)
• Destroyed or rejected by customs:
If a package is rejected or destroyed by customs authorities, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement.
📍 Important Reminder
Please ensure:
• Your shipping address is correct
• You are aware of your country’s import policies before placing an order
This protects you from the worst-case scenarios (like customs destroying a package—which does happen), while still sounding fair and thoughtful.
🌿 Damaged or Lost Packages
We want your artwork to arrive safely and beautifully—just as it was meant to be. If something goes wrong along the way, we’ll make it right.
📦 If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Oh no—that’s not the experience we want for you.
Please reach out within 5 days of delivery and include:
• A photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging it arrived in
• Your order number
Once we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund, at no extra cost to you.
🚚 If Your Package Is Lost
If your order hasn’t arrived, here are a few quick things to check:
• Your tracking link in the shipping confirmation email
• Around your home or building (sometimes carriers leave packages in safe spots)
• With neighbors or your local postal service
If your package still hasn’t shown up 10–14 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us and we’ll take it from there.
We’ll:
• Look into it with the carrier
• Send a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost

Please double-check your address at checkout to make sure everything is correct.
If an incorrect address was entered:
• We’re unable to take responsibility for delivery issues
• If the package is returned to us, we can resend it (shipping fees may apply)
